The annual UADFashion gala once again showcased the essence of young design through the work of its newly graduated students. Under the theme “Forward,” the event marked a new chapter in the nearly three-decade history of this fashion platform.
Fashion as a “Thinking Process” opened up the creative universe of emerging designers from both the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs, presenting their vision to the world. Silhouettes, patterns, and visual storytelling stood out within the immersive setting of the MINA Museum in Cluj. As a special guest, a 2008 graduate on this university, designer Oana Lupaș with her renowned brand BOL Fashion of Nature.

1. COLOR
Colorful looks where layers intertwine to elevate the design concept. Prints and textures draw all eyes to you.

Experimental volumes come to life in unique garments where the silhouette is integrated into the concept. The pattern work enhances the collection.

From minimal cuts to layering or the most avant-garde and fluid styles, the patterns once again demonstrate that there’s always a place for reinvented tailoring.
4. TEXTURES
Textures transport us back to nature as the beginning of everything. From the interplay of layering to natural materials, renew the concept of returning to the origins.
