They fitted the biker shorts with almost everything: high heels, boots, blazers, leather jackets, short tops, and many other items. This trend got on fire, but we thought that it will vanish quickly. Instead of that, the influencers around the world fell in love with the comfy feeling that you get while wearing them, so they adopted the cycling shorts too.
This is not all! This trend gained more and more power and it infiltrated even in the collections presented at Spring/Summer 2019 Fashion Weeks.

Big luxury brands created cool looks around the biker shorts. Karl Lagerfeld chose for Fendi’s collection rust biker shorts, the color of the year. While for his Chanel collection presented at Paris, Karl used happy prints for the cycling shorts and sent the models on the sandy catwalk without shoes.
The trend was also presented in London, at Toga’s fashion week show. The designer matched the black with golden prints cycling shorts with a rain coat and comfy shoes. And Maryam Nassir, New York established designer, combined the sporty shorts with her elegant style and chose mint and coral versions.
